What are the areas in my life where I currently feel overextended? List any situations where you’ve said “yes” when you really wanted to say “no.” How did that make you feel?

Why do I struggle with setting boundaries in certain areas of my life? Is it fear of disappointing others, or something else? How have past experiences shaped my current views on boundaries?
